ASCA Cheesemaking Seminars

ASCA Cheesemaking Seminars bring together cheesemakers and experts in every aspect of the craft to discuss challenges facing the industry, latest innovations and technologies, as well as cheese trends from around the world. The seminars present excellent opportunities for professional development and networking with the 'who's who' of the Australian cheese industry.
