Melbourne and Sydney, Seminars in association with the Melbourne Cheese Show, as well as educational Forums throughout the year.

We hope you join us for the annual Cheese making Seminar on 13th August in Melbourne. The speaker list is all but finalised and the topics will be linked to DIAA's Dairy Science World Series conference on 11-12th August.
Presentations will include:
* Sanitation and cleaning
* Italian cheesemaking
* Soft cheesemaking
* Report from Janice Roberts' on her scholarship-funded trip to a cheese-making course in France
* Raw milk regulations in cheesemaking.
To cover the cost of the catering, there will be a nominal charge of $70 for this seminar. Day seminars of this calibre usually cost participants around $400, so this really is fantastic value!
This is a jointly organised ASCA and DIAA seminar focusing on getting together cheese makers and other interested parties and presenting a cheese specific one day program. Check the program details now and register early.
