The Australian Specialist Cheesemakers? Association (ASCA) was established in 1994 to act as a catalyst in stimulating the growth and development of the specialist cheese industry in Australia. The Association today is represented by an enthusiastic group of members, derived from all sectors of the industry including manufacture, distribution, retail, consultants and other related industry. ASCA also offers a consumer level of membership which is suited to Australian cheese lovers, media and the hospitality industry.

Industry Members ONLY

  1. Participation in the Annual Melbourne and Sydney ASCA Cheese Shows at heavily discounted rates.
  2. Free entry into the Melbourne and Sydney ASCA Cheese Show competitions.
  3. Voting rights for the ASCA committee. (Limited to one vote per Cheesemaker and Distributor Membership)
