2012 membership categories & benefits

ASCA offers five membership categories:

• CHEESEMAKER: for those who actually make the product
• ASSOCIATED INDUSTRY: for those who have links to the speciality cheese industry, supplying services such as education, ingredients and packaging
• DISTRIBUTOR: for those who take the product from the cheesemaker to the retailer
• RETAILER: for those who sell the product to the end users
• CHEESELOVER: for those who just love cheese and want to be kept up to date to what is happening in the speciality cheese industry

2012 CHEESEMAKER MEMBERSHIP
(based on previous year's manufacturing volumes)

2012 ASSOCIATED INDUSTRY
