2010 membership categories & benefits
ASCA offers five membership categories:
- CHEESEMAKER: for those who actually make the product
- ASSOCIATE MEMBER: for those who have links to the Speciality Cheese Industry supplying services such as education, ingredients and packaging as examples
- DISTRIBUTOR: for those who take the product from the Cheese-maker to the Retailer
- RETAILER: for those who sell the product to the End User
- CHEESELOVER: for those who just love cheese and want to be kept up to date to what is happening in the Speciality Cheese Industry

CHEESEMAKER MEMBERSHIP 2010
(based on 2009 manufacturing volume)

Cheesemaker Membership entitlements:
- Free entries to product judging and ASCA shows
- $75 Registration to ASCA cheese seminar (Normal cost $350)
- ASCA Newsletter (at least 2 per year)
- Opportunity to promote products in ASCA Cheese forums
- Invitations to ASCA Cheese Forums as they arise at a discounted rate
- Voting rights (1 vote per member)
- Participation in the Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney ASCA shows at a discounted rate.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP 2010

- For Bronze members 5 free tickets to ASCA shows in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney ($225 of value)
- For Silver & Gold members 10 free tickets to ASCA shows in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney ($450 of value)
- ASCA Newsletter (at least 2 per year)
- Invitation to ASCA Cheese Forums as they arise at a discounted rate
- $75 Registration to ASCA cheese seminar (Normal cost $350)
DISTRIBUTOR MEMBERSHIP 2010 - $350
Entitlements:
- 10 free tickets to ASCA shows in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney ($450 of value per show)
- ASCA Newsletter (at least 2 per year)
- Invitations to ASCA Cheese forums as they arise at a discounted rate
- $75 Registration to ASCA cheese seminar (Normal cost $350)
RETAILER MEMBERSHIP 2010 - $100
Entitlements:
- ASCA Newsletter (at least 2 per year)
- Invitation to Cheese Forums as they arise at a discounted rate
- $75 Registration to ASCA cheese seminar (Normal cost $350)
- 2 free tickets to ASCA show in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney
CHEESELOVER MEMBERSHIP 2010 - $70
Entitlements:
- ASCA Newsletter (at least 2 per year)
- Invitations to ASCA Cheese forums as they arise at a discounted rate
- One free ticket for ASCA show and Master class (Value $60) in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney

- Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
- Australian Quarantine Inspection Service
