Guests learned the finer points of wine and cheese matching from the experts in a relaxed master class environment. They met some of Australia's finest cheesemakers and tasted a range of different styles of cheese presented in top condition. Cheeses were matched with wines from the spectacular Mt. Langi Ghiran vineyard in the Grampians region.
